The chain workshop of VTL HOIST has an annual production capacity of 2,000,000 meters of calibrated Grade T (80) & Grade V (100) alloy steel load chain. The workshop owns three processing sections including automatic knitting & welding, calibrating and continuous quenching, with an independent test lab equipping with full set of load chain testing and inspection equipment such as tension tester, hardness tester and etc for load chain processing quality control. After self-inspection, products could be 100% inspected by QC and random inspected by QA before delivery. Stable quality of the chain can be fully guaranteed.
