VTL Hoist has set up machining workshop in house, including 7 processing sections: lathe section, drilling section, broaching section, gridding section, threading section and gear hobbing section. VTL Hoist has over 40 CNC, including 12 set of HAAS CNC imported from United States. Besides, the workshop possesses over 20 gear processing equipment, advanced vertical broaching machines & numerical milling machines. The state-of-art equipment and well trained workman force is able to process over 5,000,000 gears and machined components per year. Key components of hoists can be all processed in house.
